Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Renton, WA, to support the P-Card program and FF&E procurement for healthcare capital projects. The role collaborates with capital planning, designers, architects, clinicians, and vendors to source, bid, procure, deliver, and install furnishings and equipment.

The position requires 3 years of procurement or FF&E design experience, ERP experience, and familiarity with healthcare procurement practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college-level business, supply chain, project management, or architectural design education preferred.
• 3 years’ experience with procurement, or commercial FF&E design; healthcare preferred.
• ERP experience required; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer SEARHC’s Purchasing Card (P-Card) Program, including card issuance and maintenance.
• Support FF&E procurement activities for capital construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate procurement activities from planning through delivery and installation.
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships, project schedules, and procurement timelines.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audits.
