Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, GA is seeking a Procurement Specialist to accurately process purchase orders for medical supplies, equipment and services. You will manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and advise internal customers on Workday and ERP policies.

The role requires 3 years of healthcare purchasing experience and 3 years of ERP/Procurement software experience, with an Associate degree or higher preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years healthcare purchasing agent experience
• 3 years Healthcare Procurement Software Systems/ERP experience
• Associate’s level degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for general and specialized medical supplies, equipment and services.
• Provide guidance on ERP system policies and processes to internal customers.
• Consult with suppliers on options, order status, and pricing for complex purchases.
