Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a procurement professional to support FF&E for interior projects across preconstruction, buyout, and change management. You will review drawings, perform takeoffs, help build bid lists, and manage subcontractor prequalification and supplier relationships.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of procurement or FF&E experience. Travel up to 20% is required; collaboration and negotiation skills are essential to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Interior Design, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive procurement, sourcing, purchasing, FF&E, or related experience.

Responsibilities

Review drawings for scope alignment.
Complete quantity takeoffs.
Create bid lists and research qualified subcontractors.
Prequalification process management and risk evaluations.
Closeout for procurement activities and supplier management.
Review proposals and select or recommend suppliers; suggest process improvements.
Draft contracts and place orders for FF&E.
Coordinate with project teams (PMs, interiors, management).
Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
Create and manage subcontract cost codes and budgets.
Travel up to 20% as needed.
