Lummus Technology in Bloomfield, NJ is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement process for engineered equipment, materials, and services. You will issue inquiries, evaluate bids, and issue purchase orders while ensuring complete documentation and compliance with terms.

The role involves coordinating across project teams and suppliers, maintaining records, and supporting cost and schedule control. Occasional travel may be required, and a hybrid work model is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or supply chain management.
• Experience or internship in procurement or engineering is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Issue inquiries and evaluate bids for engineered equipment and services.
• Prepare purchase orders with complete documentation and terms.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and suppliers to meet scope and schedule.
• Expedite delivery and manage supplier performance and payments with accounts payable.
• Support cost, schedule, and budget control for assigned tasks.
