Job summary

Lummus Technology is seeking an early-career Procurement Specialist to support the complete procurement, manufacturing, and delivery lifecycle for engineered equipment and services. The role focuses on issuing inquiries, evaluating bids, and coordinating across project teams and suppliers.

Applicants should have a technical background in engineering or supply chain, strong communication, and a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain is required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities across project teams, offices, and suppliers.
• Issue inquiries, evaluate bids, and issue purchase orders for engineered equipment and services.
• Monitor cost, schedule, quantity, and budget for procurement tasks.
• Ensure completeness of PO documents including scope, pricing, terms, and signatures.
• Communicate with engineers and suppliers to support project delivery.
