Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Procurement Specialist to own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from intake to purchase orders and vendor onboarding. You will run sourcing events, negotiate terms, and drive measurable savings while leveraging AI to streamline repetitive work and ensure compliance.

You will collaborate with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance to land the right deals on the right terms, applying data-driven analysis and market benchmarking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract operations.
• Hands-on experience with intake-to-procure workflows (Zip, Coupa, Ariba).
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements with Legal.
• Experience running sourcing events and renewals to award/close.
• Experience presenting cost analyses and trade-offs to finance/tech.
• Experience managing a pipeline of procurement requests with tracking.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Verify AI output against source before sharing or decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement lifecycle end to end from intake to PO and invoicing.
• Improve procurement speed and data quality across Zip and related systems.
• Run sourcing events from scoping through award and renewal.
• Build business cases using TCO, licensing, and market benchmarks.
• Lead commercial negotiations with Legal, Security, and Privacy.
• Leverage AI for contract summarization, redlines, spend analysis, and market research.
• Deliver training and playbooks to enable stakeholders across teams.
