Our client, Data Center construction EPC is seeking a Procurement Specialist 5 to join their team. As a Procurement Specialist 5, you will be part of the Finance, Accounting and Procurement department supporting sourcing and procurement for project needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, strong analytical and decision‑making skills, and a solid understanding of procurement and sourcing techniques which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and define and implement category strategy, plans, and processes for sourcing goods and services.
• Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices, translating business drivers into actionable sourcing decisions.
• Lead key sourcing activities for business projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment to budgeting with appropriate risk management.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic suppliers while identifying and qualifying potential new partners.
• Monitor compliance with the sourcing process and provide procurement guidance across each stage, including building sourcing pipelines and category/sub-category strategy.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, including purchase order management and RFQ/RFP execution.
• Experience with cost analysis and data-driven decision‑making to support sourcing strategy and project outcomes.
• Working knowledge of supply chain management and procurement/sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Bluebeam required to be available on the laptop for the role.
