Job summary

Specified Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to maximize ERP/MRP utilization and strengthen supplier relationships. The role emphasizes mitigating supply risks, streamlining inventory, and building best-in-class supplier management across manufacturing contexts.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and ERP experience (Acumatica MRP/WMS preferred). This hybrid position is based at STI's corporate HQ with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 5–10+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing, specializing in chemical procurement.
• Experience supporting NPI processes, BOM sourcing, and material planning integration.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; Acumatica MRP/WMS highly desirable.
• Strong contract negotiation, supplier performance management, financial acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Certifications preferred: CPSM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma.
