Job summary

FASHIONPHILE seeks a Luxury Procurement Specialist to join our Chelsea, NY team. You will evaluate pre-owned handbags and accessories (Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.) online, researching brand value and providing timely quotes to customers.

The role requires strong research, precision, and clear communication in a fast-paced corporate environment. Schedule is Sunday-Wednesday 9:30am-6pm and Thursday 10:30am-7pm.

Qualifications

• Strong research abilities and extreme attention to detail.
• Outstanding written, detail-oriented and verbal communication.
• Proficient typing skills (30 wpm+)
• Proactive spirit and willingness to learn, grow and cross-train departments.
• Comfortable working in a corporate office setting, sitting for long periods (8 hours/day).
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Previous experience in retail or luxury fashion is a plus.
• Trend-focused mindset with emphasis on pricing judgment.

Responsibilities

• Research brand, style, and resale value of pre-owned luxury handbags and accessories.
• Assess demand and analyze internal and external sales data to provide accurate quotes to online customers.
• Review items in person, including condition and brand-specific information.
• Develop personal strategies for research methods focusing on efficiency and accuracy.

We are looking for a resourceful and detailed Luxury Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team at our beautiful facility here in Chelsea, NY. In this role you will be trained to evaluate and appraise luxury pre-owned handbags and accessories (Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, etc.) from clients online. Working schedule would be Sunday - Wednesday: 9:30am - 6pm and Thursday: 10:30am - 7pm, Responsibilities include:

Pay Rate: This position begins at $24.00/HR for all new hires into FASHIONPHILE's Chelsea, NY location. Every Employee will have the opportunity for continued promotional opportunities via our Benchmarking Program which offers Title and Pay changes as you grow with the company.
