Job summary

FASHIONPHILE in Philadelphia is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, stay informed on promotions, handle transactions, restock, and contribute to inventory accuracy while working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to solve problems.
• Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
• Reliable and punctual; able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Tech savvy with ability to work with multiple devices, Google Drive and Apple products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and helping them make purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies.
• Process sales transactions at the register, including cash handling and credit card payments.
• Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain visual displays to company standards.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees.
• Participate in inventory counts, stock receiving, and product tagging as needed.

About the Opportunity

The Retail Sales Specialist is the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Pay Rate

This position begins at $16.50/HR for all New Hires into FASHIONPHILE's Philadelphia, PA location + uncapped commission.
