About Telix

You will support the international rollout of our prostate cancer imaging agent and contribute to our portfolio of clinical-stage products addressing unmet needs in oncology and rare diseases.

Role Overview

As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage procurement requests, ensure alignment with sourcing strategies, and support procurement category managers. Your responsibilities include triaging requests, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with SOX standards, facilitating smooth procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Request Triage: Review and categorize requests, coordinate with category management, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Procurement Execution: Support procurement activities, create/manage POs, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Accounts Payable.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain records for audit purposes, ensure processes meet SOX standards, and work with finance and compliance teams.
  • Process Improvement: Implement efficiencies, develop procurement tools, and report on procurement metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align procurement with organizational goals through teamwork with finance, legal, and business units.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or sourcing.
  • Experience with procurement software (SAP, Ariba, Coupa).
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and procurement regulations.
