NEOTech is a leading provider of manufacturing technology and supply chain solutions for OEMs in industrial, medical, and military/aerospace markets. Headquartered in Chatsworth, CA, with additional locations in the U.S. and Mexico.

This role is onsite Monday - Friday. NEOTech considers experienced candidates willing to commute to:

• Longmont, CO
• Chatsworth/LA Metropolitan Area, CA
• Carlsbad/San Diego Metropolitan Area, CA
• Fremont/Bay Area, CA

Remote work is also considered for qualified candidates outside these locations.

U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract stipulations.

The salary range is approximately $65k - $70k, depending on experience and skills.

Role Overview

The Sourcing Analyst will conduct supplier-specific supply chain analyses, reviewing materials costs, cost reduction strategies, award tracking, and key metrics to optimize supply chain performance aligned with corporate and customer goals.

Responsibilities include:

1. Extract, analyze, and report data
2. Maintain and report key material metrics
3. Interface with suppliers as directed
4. Manage supplier scorecards
5. Analyze RFQ requirements
6. Perform customer-focused supply chain performance analysis
7. Participate in meetings as required
8. Clean up AML MFG codes and MPNs
9. Track corporate awards versus site execution
10. Monitor site shortages and escalations
11. Maintain Contract Price Database
12. Collaborate with other teams to meet customer expectations
13. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• BA/BS degree or 5+ years related supply chain experience
• Interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, Business, or equivalent, with motivation to grow in a fast-paced environment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
• Experience with electronics supply chain management preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong data mining and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented and team player
