Sikich is seeking a Purchasing Associate to join the Sales Operations & Support Team. You will handle procurement, order processing, vendor coordination, and renewal documentation to support client sales and renewals.

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Renewals to drive efficiency, accuracy, and a positive client experience. The role emphasizes procurement execution, administrative support, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sales support, or related fields.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, submit, and process product and service orders with vendors and distributors
• Validate order details including SKUs, quantities, pricing, terms, and required documentation prior to submission
• Track order status through fulfillment and proactively communicate updates, delays, or issues to internal teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate RMAs and related activities
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Support renewal processing activities and invoicing-related tasks
