Job summary

Sikich LLC is seeking a Purchasing Associate on the Sales Operations & Support Team in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on procurement, order processing, and vendor coordination to support client sales and renewals.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Renewals, and Service Delivery to ensure timely fulfillment, accuracy, and a positive client experience. The position emphasizes procurement execution and administrative support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sales support, or operations.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP software is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar PSA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, order processing, and vendor communications.
• Support renewals by creating and tracking agreements and docs.
• Match POs to invoices and assist AP/AR tasks.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.
