Job summary

Sirius Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the business-side implementation of a Managed Print Services (MPS) program in Atlanta, GA. The role coordinates deployment activities, stakeholder engagement, governance, financial tracking, and the transition to ongoing operations across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of project management, implementation, procurement, or supplier management experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and third-party suppliers/vendors.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end business implementation of the Managed Print Services program through deployment, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Coordinate printer installation, relocation, replacement, and removal activities across multiple locations.
• Partner with suppliers to manage deployment schedules, site readiness, implementation activities, and service commitments.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project governance meetings, stakeholder discussions, and executive-level status reporting.
• Identify project risks, issues, and potential business disruptions and coordinate appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, IT, Security, business leaders, and third-party suppliers.
• Establish and maintain savings baselines and validate projected and realized cost savings.
• Review invoices and support accurate project financial tracking, reconciliation, and benefits reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including risk, issue, action, decision, and milestone logs.
• Conduct site and deployment readiness assessments to ensure implementation requirements are met.
• Ensure deployment activities minimize disruption to business operations.
• Coordinate the transition from project implementation to business-as-usual operations and ongoing supplier governance.
