Job summary

Hunter Hamilton seeks a Procurement Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Print Managed Services implementation across our business operations in Atlanta. This role requires steering cross-functional teams including Procurement, Technology, Information Security, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk to milestones and savings.

You will own an end-to-end program, coordinate site discovery, deployment, testing, stabilization, and handoff, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver measurable cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and/or experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, procurement, supplier management, implementation or change delivery.
• Experience with Managed Print Services, workplace technology, distributed equipment, leased assets, or field-service programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of a Print Managed Services program across mobilization, site discovery, deployment, testing, stabilization and handoff.
• Manage an integrated project plan with rollout schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and change controls.
• Coordinate replacement/removal/relocation/installation/configuration/testing of office printing equipment across multiple locations.
• Serve as primary PM contact for the supplier and ensure adherence to contractual commitments, timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Technology, Information Security, Service Desk, Legal and business stakeholders to ensure readiness and execution.
• Establish and track savings baselines; reconcile supplier and financial data; report forecasted, implemented and realized savings.
• Lead project governance, status meetings, executive reporting, decision/action logs, escalation management.
• Maintain asset, deployment, contract and project documentation; transition to ongoing supplier management.
