Job summary

Hunter Hamilton is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to lead a high-visibility Print Managed Services implementation across its operations. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating procurement, technology, security, finance, legal, and service desk teams to achieve milestones and measurable savings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management or procurement, strong supplier management skills, and experience managing cross-site programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in project management, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-site programs is required.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to track savings and metrics.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, milestones, and baselines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Print Managed Services implementation across sites.
• Manage integrated project plan, milestones, risks, and change controls.
• Coordinate replacement, installation, and testing of office printing equipment.
• Serve as PM contact for supplier and ensure contract commitments are met.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal, and Service Desk for readiness.
• Establish and track savings baselines; report forecasted and realized savings.
• Lead governance meetings, executive reporting, and issue escalation.
• Maintain project documentation and transition to supplier management.
