Job summary

thepeoplebrand seeks a SIOP & Sourcing Manager to lead demand planning, SIOP, global sourcing, and quality across international markets. You will align demand, inventory investments, sourcing plans, and supplier performance while guiding a diverse team of on-site, remote, and international staff.

You will partner with Product, Development, Finance, Logistics, and Sales to improve planning, production capacity, and service levels, while driving Lean improvements and ERP transition readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Min 10 years supply chain exp in apparel or consumer products, incl overseas manufacturing.
• Min 5 years leading and developing teams.
• Experience leading SIOP balancing demand, inventory and supply.
• Global sourcing, overseas production and supplier relationships.
• Strong QA/QC knowledge in supplier/manufacturing env.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Hybrid in-office with relocation support for non-locals.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the SIOP process aligning demand forecasts with inventory strategies and supply plans.
• Create and execute global sourcing and production strategies to improve supplier performance and lead times.
• Lead and develop a team of on-site, remote, and international staff.
• Analyze supply, demand, inventory, spend, pricing using ERP systems and BI dashboards.
• Establish supplier performance metrics and address delivery risks.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, contracts while maintaining quality and continuity.
• Oversee quality management processes, documentation, and vendor compliance programs.
• Evaluate product specs and quality data to improve finished products.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Logistics, Sales to improve planning and processes.
• Lead Lean improvements and ERP transition readiness.
