Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Procurement Planning, SIOP & Analytics to lead procurement planning, forecasting, and financial analysis across a growing portfolio of data center and energy projects. You will align demand signals, supplier capacity, and project schedules with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable, data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Construction Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, finance, business analytics, operations planning, or related disciplines
• Experience leading SIOP, IBP, demand planning, or supply planning processes
• Strong financial modeling and business analysis capabilities
• Experience developing executive dashboards, forecasting models, and performance reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Rowan's Procurement SIOP process
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and long-range procurement planning cycles
• Consolidate demand signals from multiple teams into a unified procurement forecast
• Develop demand planning models for major equipment and supplier commitments
• Facilitate executive SIOP reviews and cross-functional planning meetings
• Create supplier capacity planning models to identify future supply constraints
• Monitor market conditions, lead times, capacity, and trends to support decisions
• Recommend mitigation strategies for constraints and risks
• Develop and maintain procurement spend forecasts across projects
• Create financial models to evaluate sourcing strategies and risks
• Support budgeting, capital planning, and long-range forecasting
• Develop cash flow forecasts tied to purchases
• Analyze project commitments and pricing trends
• Identify opportunities for cost avoidance and working capital optimization
• Support executive decision-making through scenario analysis
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs for Procurement leadership
• Establish metrics for forecast accuracy, spend performance, and delivery
• Create reporting tools for equipment status and risks
• Analyze procurement performance and identify trends
• Utilize data analytics to improve planning accuracy
• Support strategic sourcing through spend analytics and market intelligence
• Develop and standardize procurement planning processes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for forecasting accuracy and scalability
• Establish governance structures for planning and reporting
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Drive data-driven decision-making across procurement
• Support automation to improve reporting
• Support improvement of planning systems and data architecture
• Partner with ERP, Project Controls, Finance, and Procurement
• Lead implementation of planning tools and analytics capabilities
• Establish data governance for forecasting and reporting
• Ensure integration with enterprise systems
