Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior SIOP Specialist to lead demand planning, forecast alignment, and revenue risk mitigation across Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning. You will drive forecast accuracy and customer collaboration, leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP ERP, Power BI, and advanced Excel analytics to improve service levels and revenue attainment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SIOP or demand planning processes.
• Strong analytical and storytelling with data.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve statistical demand forecasts.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and bias to improve planning.
• Maintain forecasts at product family and SKU levels.
• Perform demand trend analysis using shipments and forecasts.
• Develop scenarios to support business decisions.
