Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver, CO is seeking a Procurement Manager to streamline power systems equipment procurement for data center campus builds and define a strategy to modularize solutions.

You’ll coordinate with Engineering, Construction, and project management teams, manage RFPs, vendor relationships, contracts, payment terms, and delivery coordination to ensure on‑time, cost‑effective procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Procurement experience in construction for mid-to-large projects.
• Background in data center development or large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives or projects.
• Procore or Bluebeam proficiency and other CM software.
• Knowledge of green building practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement cycle for construction equipment from needs to orders.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and vendor networks.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing for best outcomes.
• Oversee procurement budget and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track costs and identify savings opportunities while ensuring quality.
• Evaluate new suppliers for reliability and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor vendor performance for SLAs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
• Maintain detailed purchase, warranty, and contract records.
• Collaborate with project managers to align on needs and schedules.
• Collaborate with Sr Director of Procurement on vendor selection.
• Maintain vendor onboarding records and streamline MSA/PO processes.
