Anthropic is seeking a Procurement Operations Business Partner in San Francisco to own the software purchasing lifecycle—from request to PO to accruals. You will manage high-volume software and cloud spend, align with Security, Legal, and Accounting, and help define a scalable AI-native procurement function.

You will ensure correct vendor data, contract terms, and ongoing renewals, while driving efficiency in approvals, data privacy checks, and expense recognition for month-end close.

Qualificações

• High-volume procurement experience in a tech/finance environment.
• Ability to ensure correct coding, dates, and accruals for software purchases.
• Strong collaboration with Security, Legal, and Accounting teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own the purchasing process across software, SaaS, and cloud spends.
• Review requests for vendor records, contracting entities, and spend categorization.
• Coordinate with Security for vendor security reviews and with Legal for contract review.
• Ensure PO structure matches vendor billing and GL requirements.
• Track license counts and renewal dates to prevent lapses and optimize spend.
