Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Lead Procurement Business Partner to own the Source-to-Pay lifecycle across Finance, Legal, Corporate Information Systems, and People & Workplace. This role partners with senior leaders to align procurement strategy with business goals and growth.

You’ll drive spend management, automate processes with AI, and ensure strong controls and data quality. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in enterprise tech procurement and a proven ability to influence across functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive procurement experience, including 5+ years in enterprise tech, SaaS, cybersecurity or hyperscaler environments.
• AI-first mindset and curiosity about applying AI to procurement operations.
• Customer-centric, with a track record of building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation across G&A categories (professional services, real estate/facilities, corporate information systems, HR/workforce).
• Hands-on experience with modern procurement platforms and ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Embed within Finance, Legal, Corporate Information Systems, and People leadership, attending planning cycles and supplier strategy discussions.
• Own the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle for all G&A commodities — SaaS, Professional Services, Real Estate & Facilities, Resource Augmentation — including net-new purchases and renewals.
• Translate complex sourcing and financial concepts for non-procurement stakeholders; build trust through responsiveness and results.
• Be the face of Procurement for G&A leadership (CFO, CPO, CIO, CEO) — the go-to escalation point for operational issues and spend health updates.
• Set and communicate budget requirements with FP&A, keep spend within guardrails, and contribute to annual planning.
• Champion adoption and optimization of P2P across G&A, driving compliance and automation.
• Improve data quality with Finance Systems, Business Analytics, Strategy, and Accounting.
• Strengthen contract lifecycle controls with Legal, GRC, and Enterprise Security.
• Reduce cycle-time through automation and AI-assisted tooling.
• Rationalize Snyk’s SaaS stack with the CIO and shift spend to invoiced/billing arrangements.
• Act as SME for Coupa, identifying process improvements.
