Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotechnology, finance, procurement, or related industry.
• Experience with CLM, P2P processes, and PO administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle: creation, approvals, execution, renewals, amendments, termination.
• Oversee P2P activities: requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, invoice coordination, PO closeout.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage external workforce processes: SOW creation, approvals, renewals, extensions.
• Maintain accurate contract records, budget trackers, and audit documentation.
• Track and report operational metrics, SLAs, cycle times, and compliance.
• Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle procurement intake requests and confidential information with discretion.
