Job summary

IntelliPro Group is seeking a Procurement Specialist for a 12-month contract in Research Triangle Park, NC (Hybrid). The role focuses on managing the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with Legal, Procurement and Finance to optimize terms and reduce risk.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in procurement or related industries, with experience in CLM and P2P processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance/operations.
3–5 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech, finance, procurement, or related industries.
Experience in Contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Experience managing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and PO administration.
Experience with Oracle iProcurement, Coupa and PO management.
Experience with external workforce management systems (e.g., Fieldglass) preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle with business owners: creation, approval, execution, renewal, amendment and termination.
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Compliance and stakeholders to resolve issues and align terms with business objectives.
Maintain contract records and documentation within contract management systems.
Support contract audits and ensure documentation is complete, accurate and accessible.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and risk reduction in contract management.
