Job summary

BayOne Solutions is seeking a Procurement Operations Business Partner for a 12-month contract across SF, Seattle, and New York with a hybrid work model. The role pays $90–$120 per hour on a W2 basis and requires 3–5+ years in procurement operations, with hands-on experience in procure-to-pay tooling.

You will drive the P2P lifecycle, manage PO creation, and ensure clean contract reviews and accurate invoicing.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in procurement operations or related role.
• Experience running purchase requests to PO in a procure-to-pay tool.
• Understanding of contract review routing and SOW/content requirements.
• Knowledge of GL, spend category coding, accruals, and PO/invoice alignment.
• Experience across spend categories (software, services, marketing, HR, facilities).
• Attention to detail, root-cause problem solving, and clear communication.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement-to-pay workflow from request intake through PO.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, security and requester on contract review.
• Maintain financial controls and ensure PO, contract and invoice alignment.
• Support cross-functional teams across software, services, and facilities spend.
