Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Procurement Operations Business Partner to support our client's procurement needs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This temporary, approximately one-year role is hybrid in San Francisco, with openness to Seattle or New York.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, experience with procure-to-pay tools (Zip, Workday, Coupa, NetSuite), and solid contract controls.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in procurement operations, purchasing, AP, finance operations, or contract administration.
• Hands-on experience with a procure-to-pay tool (Zip, Coupa, Workday, NetSuite).
• Knowledge of contract review routing and financial controls (GL coding, accruals, PO/invoice reconciliation).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple spend categories in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Zip, Workday Financials, Ironclad; security/privacy review exposure; month-end close experience.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement intake for a portfolio of business teams, guiding requests from submission to signed agreement and issued PO
• Review purchase documents (quotes, SOWs, order forms) for completeness and policy alignment
• Coordinate reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, IT, and Finance to keep requests moving
• Manage PO lifecycle, including issuance, change orders, and invoice/vendor questions
• Support month-end close and maintain process documentation
