BECU, a large 미국 credit union, seeks a Manager, Procurement Operations to build and lead a centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing. You will shape purchasing processes, drive governance, and deliver strong controls across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• At least four years in procurement, purchasing operations, strategic sourcing, procure-to-pay, or vendor management with people leadership.
• Experience interpreting vendor agreements and translating requirements into operational transactions and controls.
• Experience analyzing procurement data and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish, launch, and lead a centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing, building a scalable procurement operating model.
• Lead procurement operations team with clear priorities, service standards, and growth opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized procurement processes, including requisition intake and PO management.
• Oversee day-to-day purchasing, ensuring PO alignment with vendor agreements and pricing.
• Develop guided buying to favor approved catalogs and contracts, reducing inefficiencies.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to resolve challenges and improve governance.
