Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Manager, Procurement Operations to build and lead a centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing. You will shape purchasing processes, governance, and controls across the organization, driving efficiency and value.

Join a team that partners with Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to deliver enterprise-wide procurement improvements, guided buying, and analytics. This role supports remote or onsite work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations or related field.
• Minimum four years in procurement, purchasing ops, strategic sourcing, P2P, or vendor management.
• At least one year of people leadership or coaching experience.
• Experience interpreting vendor agreements and translating requirements into transactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and establish a centralized Buy Desk within Strategic Sourcing.
• Coach and develop a procurement operations team with clear priorities.
• Design standardized procurement processes and governance.
• Oversee day-to-day purchasing operations and contract alignment.
• Develop guided buying and vendor governance to reduce inefficiencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve purchasing challenges.
• Lead procurement transformation, change management, and training.
• Develop procurement metrics and analytics for visibility and compliance.
• Serve as trusted advisor balancing business needs with controls.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
