Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Manager of Procurement Operations to lead end-to-end procurement governance, sourcing strategies, and P2P transformations. You will manage the procurement tech stack, data quality, and reporting while aligning Legal, Finance, IT and risk teams to drive cost efficiency.

The role demands 7+ years in procurement operations with hands-on transformation experience, strong analytics, and the ability to lead cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for advanced roles.
• Professional certifications CPSM or CSCP are a plus.
• Hands-on experience delivering procurement transformation work in multi-site environments.
• Experience designing procurement operating models and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytics and data visualization capabilities with AI awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve procurement governance framework, policies, and controls.
• Own and evolve source-to-pay transformation roadmap and programs.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across sourcing, P2P, and supplier management.
• Manage procurement technology stack, data quality, and reporting.
• Provide leadership updates with progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
• Support post-merger integration activities and system consolidations.
