Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to negotiate with technology vendors and shape the commercial outcome of cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS contracts. This role actively drives AI-enabled sourcing and vendor selection to support rapid growth.

You will partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec to renew deals, benchmark pricing, and align stakeholders. A fast-paced, data-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or vendor negotiation in tech/fintech.
• Experience negotiating six- to seven-figure software/SaaS/cloud agreements.
• Understanding of MSAs, DPAs, SOWs and licensing terms; able to liaise with Legal.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiations with new vendors and renewals.
• Structure deals beyond price (renewal uplifts, usage, true-ups, termination rights).
• Run competitive sourcing and build the business case for vendor selection.
• Create AI-assisted sourcing workflows to speed decision-making with better data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT and InfoSec to evaluate vendors and terms.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and escalation point for employees.
