Job summary

Ironclad is building AI-powered procurement experiences that move beyond insights to actionable workflows, integrating supplier and contract intelligence, obligations, renewals, and risk insights. This Senior Product Manager will own strategy and execution across procurement AI capabilities in a highly collaborative, enterprise context.

The role intersects procurement ops, legal contracting, enterprise workflow design, and applied AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or related workflows.
• Experience owning products end to end from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Deep familiarity with procurement, supplier management, and CLM or related domains.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear product experiences and requirements.
• Practical fluency with AI product development, including evaluation and human-in-the-loop controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for procurement AI product areas.
• Develop understanding of procurement workflows spanning intake, management, and renewals.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities to save time, reduce risk, and increase leverage.
• Shape experiences that connect structured data with actionable workflows.
• Partner with engineering, data, applied AI, and design to define architecture and UX.
• Define metrics for AI quality, latency, coverage, and business value.
• Build feedback loops for reviews, accept/reject, and improvement of AI insights.
• Lead customer discovery, usability testing, and validation with procurement and legal users.
• Translate customer evidence into prioritized product requirements and execution plans.
• Collaborate on GTM, launches, adoption, and value realization.
