The role emphasizes strategic vendor management, long-term renewals, and rapid, high-value negotiations in a hybrid Atlanta-based setting. The position requires experience across P2P, Source-to-Contract, and complex software contracts, with a focus on AI-enabled efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management for Software/SaaS/Tech.
• 2+ years in P2P and Source-to-Contract processes.
• 2+ years in price/contract negotiations (MSAs, DPAs, SOWs, SLAs).
• Experience partnering with Product/Engineering/IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to align procurement with roadmaps and goals.
• Design long-term vendor strategies across SaaS, cloud, and services.
• Champion AI and automation to improve market research, contract analysis, and spend analytics.
• Lead negotiations for global supplier contracts and collaborate with Legal, Security, Finance.
• Utilize Coupa and CLM tools to manage end-to-end contracting workflows.
