Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Material Handler to support inbound/outbound warehouse operations in Bartlesville, OK.

You will receive, inspect, and document materials, safely move items with forklifts or pallet jacks, and ensure accurate labeling and storage. You will maintain inventory records in ERP/WMS, assist with cycle counts, and help improve warehouse layout and material traceability while complying with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for accuracy.
• Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Label, store, and organize materials per inventory and safety procedures.
• Pull and stage materials for production, shipping, or recycling.
• Maintain records of material movements in ERP or tracking systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material flow.
• Identify and report damaged or hazardous materials.
