• Partner with Value Stream Leaders to translate business strategy into long-term sourcing plans.
• Lead market engagement programs for competitive bidding and supplier selection.
• Oversee multiple strategic sourcing initiatives across products, categories and geographies.
• Drive supplier negotiations and hand off contracts to base teams.
• Lead due diligence and transaction support for business development activities.
• Advance supplier engagement in early product development to optimize cost and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety and environmental guidelines.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.
