Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Manager for Supplier Development & Performance Management. This role leads strategic supplier development, performance governance, and risk reduction across the medical device supply base.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and Regulatory teams to strengthen supplier capabilities and ensure patient safety through proactive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 10 years in quality, supplier quality, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Minimum 5 years in supplier quality, development, or performance management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through influence.
• Experience with data, metrics, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead supplier development and performance management strategy.
• Define measures, scorecards, dashboards, and governance routines.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive supplier quality improvements.
• Partner with suppliers to identify root causes and implement actions.
• Support regulatory inspections and supplier-related assessments.
