Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead and develop a team of Procurement Specialists, driving operational discipline and data integrity to support Director and Sr Manager‑level objectives.

This player/coach role allocates roughly 70% of time to moving orders through the procurement lifecycle, and 30% to people leadership, onboarding, and governance, ensuring best experience for internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma is minimum; AA or higher preferred.
• 2-5 years of people management experience.
• 5+ years IT purchasing/procurement experience in VAR/Distribution.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Procurement Specialists.
• Allocate ~70% of time to moving orders through procurement lifecycle.
• Allocate ~30% to people leadership, onboarding, and governance.
• Ensure data integrity and process discipline for client satisfaction.
