Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an experienced procurement leader to oversee the entire procurement lifecycle in a fast-paced IT environment. This role emphasizes order validation, vendor coordination, and process optimization across multiple portals and tools.

You will guide a team, drive onboarding and training for new hires, and contribute to month/quarter/year-end closes while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quote-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1) High School Diploma; 2) AA or higher preferred.
• 2-5 years of people management experience.
• 5+ years of IT purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in VAR/Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee procurement support for all of AHEAD.
