AHEAD is seeking a Procurement Manager in the Phoenix area to lead a team of procurement specialists and drive order lifecycle execution. The role emphasizes data integrity, process discipline, and delivering an optimal experience for internal and external clients.

The position blends hands-on procurement (about 70%) with people leadership and governance (about 30%), reporting to senior management. Strong Salesforce/Netsuite and office tools experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum required HS Diploma.
• Preferred AA or higher.
• 2–5 years of people management experience.
• 5+ years IT purchasing/procurement experience in VAR/Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Procurement Specialists team.
• Allocate ~70% of time to moving orders through procurement lifecycle; 30% on people leadership.
• Validate orders in Salesforce and verify quotes.
• Oversee ordering from vendors via multiple portals/tools.
• Address customer satisfaction issues and onboarding of new hires.
• Document procurement processes and support month/quarter/year closes.
