Job summary

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and seeks a Procurement Manager in Irvine, CA. You will lead and develop a team of Procurement Specialists, ensuring disciplined operations and data integrity to meet senior leadership goals.

This player/coach role allocates ~70% of time to moving orders through the lifecycle and ~30% to people leadership, onboarding, and governance to deliver the best internal and external client experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma minimum; AA or higher preferred.
• 2–5 years of people management experience.
• 5+ years IT purchasing/procurement experience in VAR/Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Procurement Specialists.
• Move orders through lifecycle with accuracy and scale.
• Allocate ~70% time to procurement, ~30% to coaching and governance.
• Improve procurement processes and maintain detailed documentation.
• Handle internal/external satisfaction issues as they arise.
