The role focuses on drafting and negotiating vendor and procurement agreements, advising on disputes, and building procurement templates. Remote role based in the USA; JD with bar admission and 5+ years commercial contract experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideal Candidate: JD with state bar membership and at least five years of commercial contract experience.
• Strong communication, project management, and judgment skills.
• Experience supporting high-growth infrastructure SaaS companies.
