The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Associate Procurement Manager, Ice Cream Operations, to lead procurement initiatives that unlock value through savings and performance improvements. You will partner across functions to support growth, service, and end-to-end supply chain performance.

With 5+ years in FMCG or procurement, you will drive business cases, manage projects, and engage stakeholders to deliver tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FMCG supply chain or procurement roles.
• Strong project management and stakeholder partnering skills.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Financial acumen and ability to deliver business cases.

Responsibilities

• Support Ice Cream savings projects through collaboration with R&D, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Attend and represent Procurement in transformation meetings to discuss and track projects and timelines.
• Identify and drive value-led savings projects.
• Ensure business case deliveries are met and aligned with project governance structures.
• Seamless project management and collaboration with partners to deliver timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects.
