The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Associate Brand Manager for US Wellness Innovation & Brand Marketing. You will identify new Wellness brands, develop product propositions, and lead marketing strategy to position us as a leader in Wellness ice cream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• 2–4 years of CPG brand management and/or innovation experience.
• Experience in Wellness, health, or better-for-you categories is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to build financial business cases.
• Understanding of digital and e-commerce channels.
• Clear track record of successful, consistent delivery to the business.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working with agencies and media partners.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — clear, simple, and compelling.
• Strategic thinker with both brand and portfolio perspective.

Responsibilities

• Wellness Brand & Product Innovation
• Identify and evaluate new Wellness brands and product concepts.
• Develop and execute the Wellness innovation pipeline for new products and formats.
• Partner with R&D and CMI to craft Wellness propositions and packaging.
• Lead cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization to retail shelves.
• Apply a Lean Startup mindset — pilots, rapid testing and learning.
• Stay ahead of consumer and category trends to spot high-potential opportunities.
• Explore digital and e-commerce opportunities to bring new Wellness brands to market.
• Brand Marketing & Strategy
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness and loyalty.
• Design robust consumer learning plans with insights teams.
• Analyze category dynamics to sharpen positioning and white space.
• Lead agency and media relationships for the Wellness segment.
• Leverage AI tools to develop and scale marketing assets.
