Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all Production and Facility Maintenance for a 24/7 ice cream facility. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation, champion ICMS, and uphold GMP requirements while delivering improvements across safety, quality, output, and cost.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus at least five years of maintenance leadership in manufacturing, with a track record of leading technical teams and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving results through structured systems such as ICMS, TPM, Lean.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Production and Facility Maintenance operations for a 24/7 ice cream manufacturing environment.
• Embed ICMS practices in daily work systems and ensure governance and reliability.
• Oversee safety, quality, and environmental programs and drive continuous improvements.
