The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking an Associate Procurement Manager, Ice Cream Operations, to lead procurement initiatives that unlock value through savings and performance improvements. You will partner across functions to support growth, service, and end-to-end supply chain performance.

With 5+ years in FMCG or procurement, you will drive business cases, manage projects, and engage stakeholders to deliver tangible results in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years in FMCG supply chain or procurement roles.

Responsibilities

The Role

The Associate Procurement Manager, Ice Cream Operations, drives procurement‑led initiatives that unlock business value through savings delivery, performance improvement, and operational effectiveness. The role partners across functions to support growth, enhance service, and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain performance. Key responsibilities include project management, end‑to‑end supply chain strategy support, stakeholder engagement, business case development, and delivery of key objectives and milestones. By leveraging a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end supply chain, this role ensures Procurement contributes to Ice Cream’s competitive advantage while enabling sustainable growth and value creation.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Support Ice Cream savings projects through strong collaboration with R&D team, leadership, and other stakeholders
• Attend and represent Procurement in transformation meetings to discuss and track projects and timelines
• Identify and drive value led savings projects
• Ensure business case deliveries are met and aligned with project government structure
• Seamless project management and collaboration with business partners to deliver and execute on timelines
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

• Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working
• Has 5+ years in FMCG Supply Chain (planning) or Procurement related roles
• Brings strong skills in Project Management, Business Partnering and Strategic Influence, Risk Management, and Strong Financial Acumen
• Has experience with systems: SAP, SRS/PRISM, Velocity, PEGA, etc.
• Ability to manage stakeholders
• Self‑driven and self‑motivated
• Organization and attention to detail
• Effectiveness in trouble shooting – able to remain calm in times of crisis and creative mindset to identify solutions

Pay

The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus

This position is bonus eligible.
