Qualifications
- Experience in Focused Improvement and Kaizen activities or continuous programs (WCM, TPM, 6-Sigma, Lean).
- Able to operate in improvement engineering, digital enhancements and technical knowledge.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills and problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead transformative manufacturing improvement projects that increase production output and reduce waste.
- Identify root causes of losses and implement sustainable, data-driven solutions.
- Drive productivity gains by reducing downtime and improving OEE.
- Champion digital transformation and deploy manufacturing technologies.
- Coach teams and partner with frontline staff to build a culture of operational excellence.
- Develop and enforce technical standards and process parameters across lines.
- Train operators on standards and sustainable condition restoration.
- Extend good practices to other production lines.
