Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is seeking an Associate Innovation Planning Manager for its US Ice Cream team. You will drive key innovations from planning through launch, coordinating Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure on-time in full delivery.

You will lead project networks, manage stakeholders, and ensure manufacturing capacities across sites while working with global planners on capital and SCC drivers. This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, R&D, or Engineering preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Supply Chain or R&D with new product development.
• Strong leadership and project-management abilities; ability to influence decisions.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage innovation project plans from Pre-Start to post-launch evaluation.
• Scope projects, define activities and timings to ensure capability is in place.
• Coordinate inputs from all functions; keep project on time and on budget.
