Talentify is seeking a Procurement Lead in Denver, CO for a contract role. You will oversee procurement processes, vendor engagements, and bid management to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities include end-to-end procurement, issuing RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, bid coordination, PO monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with project management, finance, and legal teams. Experience with EPC projects and energy procurement is highly valued.

Competenze

• Experience in category management and procurement for construction or capital projects.
• Experience with RFB/RFP/RFQ processes and bid management.
• Experience with EPC projects and onsite power procurement.
• Comfort with contract administration and varied contract structures.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities aligned to project requirements.
• Develop and issue bids (RFB/RFP/RFQ) to vendors and contractors.
• Coordinate bid processes, including document prep, bidder communication, evaluation support, and documentation.
• Act as Buyer/Expeditor, monitor purchase orders and supplier performance.
• Maintain procurement and bid documentation within internal systems.
• Support cross-functional coordination with project management, finance and legal teams.
• Independently run an RFP/sourcing event from strategy through contracting and ongoing maintenance.
• Understand energy/power concepts (kilowatts vs megawatts).
