• Bachelor’s degree with six (6) years of acquisition or acquisition related experience or
• Associate’s degree with ten (10) years of acquisition or acquisition related experience or
• High School Diploma or Equivalency with fourteen (14) years of acquisition or acquisition related experience is required.

• Provide procurement leadership and support a wide variety of standard and specialized procurement activities.
• Issue Purchase Orders and Subcontracts in Firm-Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Labor Hour, and Cost Reimbursement environments.
• Interface with technical organizations on pre-procurement plans, statements of work, and cost estimates.
