Job summary

Salado Isolation Mining Contractors, LLC (SIMCO) seeks a Planning and Scheduling Manager for the WIPP project in Carlsbad, NM. The role leads schedule development, maintenance, and recovery planning, supervising a team and ensuring IMS/EVMS compliance in collaboration with Bechtel and DOE requirements.

The candidate will interact with senior SIMCO and Bechtel management, require strong analytical and computer skills, and manage direct/indirect reports within a senior team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with many years of relevant experience as specified or equivalent.
• High school diploma with extensive relevant experience may be considered.
• Ability to obtain DOE security badge and work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of WIPP schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, reporting and recovery planning.
• Lead scheduling standards, including integration of subcontractor schedules and EVMS compliance.
• Supervise a scheduling team and Coordinate with senior management across departments.
